Fees are payable at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.  Insurance companies vary as to whether they cover my services as well as co-payments.  Check your plan coverage prior to your initial appointment.

Delinquent accounts will accrue an interest of 1.5 % per month until paid in full.  Services will be suspended if account not current.
